randomly lose Internet connection
For those of us experiencing a very similar intermittent connectivity issue, where could we get this trial fw?

What model router do you have?
What brand and model# ISP Modem or ONT do you have?
What connectivity issue are you seeing? - d1sfunct1onalAspirant
RS7000 and I have no idea what ONT my local ISP uses.

I presume you have the RS700?
Who is the ISP your connected with?
What connectivity issue are you seeing?
Is IPv6 enabled on the RS router?

Correct. So my ISP is Home Telecom. It’s a small local fiber provider in the area. IPv6 is not enabled.

Can you contact the ISP and ask them for the brand and model# of the ONT please?
Does the Internet LED on the RS router turn RED when this happens?
Do both wireless and ethernet connected devices loose internet access when this happens?
If you refresh the connection between the RS Router and ONT thru the RS Routers web page under Advanced Tab, does the connection return?

I could do those things but at this point its a waste of time. I didnt see the issues until we upgraded to firmware V1.0.9.16_2.0.106. I put my TP-link AC5400 ROG back in place and the connection is stable. So I guess this fancy new router is just not ready for prime time. You can close this out.

Reason for asking is that the brand and ONT information is helpful for NG to ensure that the FW is working with the ONT correctly. There are many different brands of ONTs out there and some have some differences.
I'll pass this to NG.
