RS200 coverage area
Hi all,
New here to the group. Purchased a RS200 today, box says coverage area being 185sqm2 but the website says it's 230sqm2. Is that an error on the website then or false advertising?

Numbers like those are always guesstimates. WiFi coverage depends on so many variables. The building material. How many rooms. The layout. The connecting devices. And more.
I would take both of those statements with a pinch of salt.
The Technical Specifications for the RS200 claim "Router provides up to 2,500 sq. ft". That's a bit more than 230 sq. m.

I haven't set it up yet. Was wondering to check before I open it or exchange it to RS300 :)
From the spec sheets, both 200 and 300 seem to have around same coverage ranges:

how much area are you trying to cover?
Is it all on one level or multilevel?
What are the interior walls made of?
