RS200 randomly disconnecting
Hello, My RS200 is currently experiencing random disconnects. It's intermittent and last maybe 30seconds - 1m. ISP: Sonic Fiber w/ their modem RS200 router since Feb 2025 w/ firmware V...
just had to 2 random disconnects today with the following settings:
Armor (expired)
Smart Parental Controls or Circle / don't have this feature
IPv6 (Advanced > Advanced Setup > IPv6) / disabled
Protection Engine (Advanced > Security > Protection Engine) / disabled
Traffic Meter (Advanced > Advanced Setup > Traffic Meter) / disabled
I did get a new 10Gbps Snagless Shielded Cat 6A cable and will try that next.
What brand and model# are these computers?
What brand and model# ethernet adapters are installed in these computers?
Make sure ethernet adapter drivers are up to date from the Mfr.
