Rs300 keeps resetting admin account settings
Hi, theres an annoying issue I'd like to resolve. The first being that each time whether I have a power cycle or for some reason I need to unplug a cable anyways whatever the reason basically that cuts the internet connection, I keep getting having to reset the admin account settings with security question and password and it's getting a bit annoying
I'm using pppoe pass-through with this modem and I have squat to say about the performance (maybe actually one question is why on wifi 6e am I capped to 1gbps??? Will a wifi 7 card give me the full 1.5 I pay for???) It's doing fine but I keep having to reenetet my pppoe credentials and having to redo all the time the admin password and security questions any idea how I can get this to stop??

I believe the idea is for you to choose channel 149 if you use 160MHz. If you choose anything else, that will overlap into the DFS channels, which is something I found out the hard way not too long ago on my RS700. I switches over to DFS chanel 100 with 160MHz to see how that goes. If I see myself get kicked off again, I'll need to switch over to channel 149 if I want to use 160 MHz.
but i dont have a 149 i have these... which are 36,40,44,48,52dfs,56dfs,60dfs,64dfs. is this a firmware issue or something?? im in canada so these channels should be open...
and on 6ghz i cant find the 320mhz
im sorry for posting like this i wasnt able to edit my post
