RS700 Web Interface

I can access my Nighthawk gaming router via the Nighthawk app on my Android phone.   I can view the IP address in the Nighthawk app, but when I ping the IP address on my computer there is no response.   If I enter the IP address in Chrome, it generates a page not found error.  I can use the http://www.roughtlogin.net as I also have an Orbi device on my LAN.   What am I doing wrong?   How can I connect to the RS700 with the web interface?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

     

    Can you log into 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 with any browser? Try MS Edge or Firefox? 

    Be sure to clear out all browser caches before.

     

    Happens with a different PC?

      Thanks for your reply.   Current firmware is 1.0.7.87.   I use a Firewalla Gold that is connected to Verizon FiOS.   I do have a good quality cable and have had no issues with the RS700 until I tried to connect via the web interface.   I used the External IP address listed on the Internet Port page in the Nighthawk app.
