RS90 Ethernet Ports Don’t Work

I purchased the RS90 WiFi 7 router 2 weeks ago.  It performed flawlessly for the first day. The WiFi is top notch. The problem I am now dealing with is that none of the Ethernet ports work on the back of the router. I connected the 1st port to an existing gigabit switch that distributes the signal throughout the Ethernet cable in the house. I have some televisions, a garage door hub and PCs that are hardwired. They worked on my previous router which was a TP Link AXE6000 and TP Link 16 port switch. I know this used to be a problem on Netgear Orbi. Is there a known fix for this issue?  I have the latest firmware loaded after calling tech support. They gave me a case number and were supposed to escalate level 2 and call me back. Never heard back from them. Can anyone let me know if there is something I can do to remedy this issue?

Try a 30-30-30 reset on the router. If this fails to get the Ethernet ports working, then you'll need to return the router to place of purchase and try another one or ask NG support about an RMA option.

When the switch is connected to a port on RS90, is the LAN LED (the 3rd one from the top, the top is power LED) turned on?

Direct connection from a device to the RS90 (if you have a cable long enough) is a good way to troubleshoot the issue, please let us know how it does if you can do it. Thanks.

By the wsay, you can PM me your support case number and I will look into it.
