Spectrum Modem, Netgear RS700 Issues
I've recently started seeing that the Spectrum App (on Phone and Apple Box) and also streaming via watch.spectrum.com when operated in my home are NOT seen as connected to Spectrum Internet.
I've spent hours on tech calls with Spectrum and am in the ultimate position of "it must be your router".
My RS700 has the latest firmware, downloaded from Netgear last week.
Inbound bandwidth is >1000Mb/s, Outbound typically around 43Mb/s.
It's driving me crazy. Any ideas on settings gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.

Do other apps work when connected?
What brand and model mobile device is the app installed on?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

So - Spectrum needed to reprovision my modem - more than a restart - remove from net and re-assign , then it all worked.

Perhaps you could mark the problem "Solved"?

I suspect it's since they updated to utilize IPV6 - but no real proof. :-)

What happens if you disable IPv6 on the RS router if it's enabled?

Also try watch.spectrum.net?
