Unable to use LAN aggregation on RS280 with VLAN tagging enabled

I have to use VLAN tagging for my internet, but LAN aggregation is disabled along with WAN aggregation when you have VLAN enabled.  Is this a technical limitation?  I'm no expert on VLANs, but I would think you should be able to aggregate LAN ports 1 and 2 regardless of how the WAN port is configured.  Thank you.

  • Sorry, we've looked into this and it is a limitation on RS300 and RS280 that the VLAN function and the link aggregation function cannot be both enabled at the same time.

  • Ya something that may not be supported in that kind of configuration. Let see if NG can help with some feedback on this one.

Looks it's a known issue and we still work on it.

I've considered disabling the VLAN temporarily to configure the lan aggregation, then re-enabling the VLAN to see if they can co-exist when done in that order.  Maybe you can warn me against that if you know it will not be successful.
