Wifi 7 Router ( RS700) Dead
BE19000 Wifi 7 Router was Dead / Bricked when I came home one day. All the lights were on. I performed all the necessary steps to attempt to RESET the router with the help of Netgear Support but they were all unsuccessful. It is still under warranty and eligible for repair / replacement, but I received the router as a gift and don't have the proof of purchase so they are telling me they will not replace the unit. Am I just hosed if the person that gave it to me doesn't have the receipt?

I was able to get the receipt but the process up to that point has been really time consuming and haven't gotten the type of support I would expect for the cost of the Wifi Router. I'm curious as to what the experience would be if I had purchased the support.
If you have the receipt, keep in contact with NG support then.
