wifi7 connection problems with iphone 17

i have a rs700s 

i just got the iphone 17 pro max its supposed to connect wifi7 but wont

i have a galaxys25 ultra that connects no problem

ive worked with apple tech support and they suggested 

a possible router issue this is al most a new routerother devices connect 

except iphone

has anyone been able to get the iphone 17 to connect wifi7 with rs700?

 

i have reset network settings on iphone and a factory reset still no wifi7

      Good afternoon, it is sent to wpa2 personal + wpa3 personal

       

      that was the default setting from when I first got the router
