Hi claushindsgaul,
Welcome to the community!
Make her a ReadyCLOUD account through https://readycloud.netgear.com/ and once done, give her "Full Folder Access" while you're ReadyCLOUD ID is logged in as admin.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

How does one know if "while you're ReadyCLOUD ID is logged in as admin" ? When I set up ReadyCLOUD I don't recall an option or area where the admin was assigned.

Hello SAJoseph,
You know you are logged in as the main ReadyCloud user of the NAS that has admin rights when you have the option of adding/inviting users.
I suggest changing the email address of her local user account since local access's email address does not matter. ReadyCloud user's email address is more important as the user will receive the invites through email.
Also, make sure the userID you create for ReadyCloud is not the same with any local usernames nor share names.

I'm still not 100% clear about the difference between local user accounts and ReadyCloud user accounts. I'm guessing that local users are listed under Accounts > Users? Then cloud users will be under Accounts > Cloud Users and those are the two areas where one should not have email addresses for users?
