Brand new ReadyNAS 102 keep freezing and going offline?
I have recently bought a RN102, I have a WD 3TB Nas HDD in it atm. the main things uploaded are movies and series which are Mp4, AVI and some MKV. sometimes the NAS just freezes, I wont be able to access it though the web or be able to shut it down with the power button. if I open up readycloud webpage it just says 'no USB or Volume' and the RAIDar app finds it on my network now and again. while all this is going on I am able to see and stream from the device on my xbox one and phone.
I have had this for RN102 for 1/2 weeks and it has MAX 2 users at once, sometimes 2 users while I upload files as well.
any suggestions?

- what firmware version are you using?
- jake1000x please send your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)
- Nhellie- I am running 6.2.4
mdgm- Yes I will do that if it happens again, I read online to clear logs but I think that was meant for older NAS's. Thanks.
