Bug - Quota Issues? Error: 1002030001

I am getting the Not Enough Free Space error (as referred to here), but do not have set quotas. The disk has 875GB free. The share properties shows the quota section blank.   Is there a default or ...

Is quota enabled on the volume (check the volume settings wheel on the volume tab)?

Any errors related to the free space in the root?
