What firmware are you currently using on the ReadyNAS units? Would you also be able to try setting static DNS on both of them? Try using 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8.

I really need to start putting all the basic steps I've put done so far, because its getting anoying repeating myself. Yes, I've dealt with ALL the basic troubleshooting steps available for a Ready/NAS, including what you just mentioned FramerV

I did not see the other post that you have, I think that was also about replicate.
I notice that mdgm is checking the device for you. I will have this case assigned to him as well as it looks related to it.
