Can't log into Readycloud
Was working fine this morning, then i got disconnected and can't log in vial mobile app, client app or website...is something down?? you need to create a system status page for the readycloud servic...

Finally mine is up and running....I called tech support earlier...useless! Someone was supposed to get back to me...never did. All they worry about is if my product is under warranty, which the readycloud service has nothing to do with. I'm looking at going to a different NAS producer. NETGEAR Support is HORRIBLE!!!!l.I bay a thousand for a NAS, only 90 adys of support, and all they worry about is the extra $$ for extended service. There are other NAS boxes that are far better than these...time to change.
