Hello jboswald,
Would you please send system logs of your 312 and 422 to us to check your issue?
How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?

Ok... Here's what I did. I changed the name of my readynas units FROM jboswald-NAS3 (Model 312) and jboswald-NAS4 (Model 422) to NAS3-jboswald, and NAS4-jboswald. I deleted my cloud account (JBOswaldCloud) and created a NEW cloud account (JBNas3-4). I then unregistered both units on the READYNAS Replicate page, and then re-registered them to the new cloud account. It appears that I successfully registered the first one (NAS4) and it showed up in the online webpage network view as NAS4-jboswald with the correct model and disk size.. I then went to the 312 and did the same register process (The 312 is now at my neighbors house on his network) I registered it to JBNas3-4 and when I go and refresh the replicate webpage - it shows ONE device - with a name of NAS4-jboswald, however it shows the model number of 312 and a 4 TB storage volume (The 422 has a 6 TB volume)..
I am at a loss to know what to do.. I downloaded both logs and am attaching them.
