Cloud user cant access share

What if you try to turn off/on ReadyCloud on your RN516?
Wouldn't turning it off completely remove his ability to access the NAS? So you just set him to read only which I guess works the way you have it but mine needs to be able to write to it. I can't even get him to read, which is bugging me.
