Cloud user cant access share

Just tried giving an external user a Read/Write access on the share that contains the movies via ReadyCloud just for a test and it works as well.
Turning it off would really remove the ability of the external user to access the share via ReadyCloud. However, I mentioned that you will turn it on as well and give the same permission to your external user so that you could check if same problem will exist.
You may also try rebooting your RN516 before you turn off/on ReadyCloud and check if that will help.
