On the PC of your external user, have you tried to disable any software firewall that is currently running like Kaspersky, Eset, Norton, etc.? Kindly try to disable it then try to check if the shares will be visible via the ReadyCloud App.
To further isolate the problem, you may suggest your external user to try another PC as well.
