did a bunch of searching so my apologies if this was covered somewhere else. I made a share for an external user, sent him an invite to join and he registered. I then followed this guide http://kb...

On my Android phone, I got ReadyCLoud App installed then tried to access the share that contains a Powerpoint slide.
It showed me both the Home folder and the share that contains the Powerpoint slide via the ReadyCloud App. I was able to download the Powerpoint slide just fine though it took a few minutes to download it but that is just negligible for me. The RN716 and my Android phone were on different WAN.
In continuation of my previous post quoted above... Yesterday, I also installed ReadyCloud Client App on a PC running on Windows 7 Ulitmate 32-bit. The RN716 was on v6.2.0. The PC and our RN716 were on different WAN. It showed "Online (VPN Disconnected)" on our RN716 after I logged in using my other username on the ReadyCloud Client App. Since I got access on the firewall where the RN716 is connected to, I opened port 6300 to the IP Address of our RN716 [posted on this link: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=78796] but still, it shows "Online (VPN Disconnected)" :( I rebooted the RN716 and still it shows "Online (VPN Disconnected)" :(
Today, I turned on the same PC running on Windows 7 Ulitmate 32-bit then logged in to the ReadyCloud Client App using my other username. It shows that the RN716 is Offline. I accessed the web-GUI of our RN716 and it detected a new firmware v6.2.1 so I decided to update it. Then, I logged in again to the ReadyCloud Client App on the same PC then after a few moments... it shows "Connected (VPN)." I am able to access the share that contains the Powerpoint slide just fine. :D Then, I decided to remove the port forwarding I did on our firewall just to know what would be the result. It turned out that I am still able to access the share that contains the Powerpoint slide just fine via the ReadyCloud Client :D
Still, this needs further observation...
