Desktop App shows "ReadyNAS online (VPN Disconnected)" after last update

Since latest update I´m unable to connect to devices outside my current network.

 

"online (VPN Disconnected)"

 

No problem with local devices or connecting through web portal or android app.

 

Tried all old solutions/tip from forum:

Reinstalling desktop app, with and without security software active.

Rebooting all devices

Checking dns/network settings

(and any other I eventually forgot)

    You can update ReadyCloud for windows to V1.19. There will be a check update on the app. This has been fixed. Thanks!

    There is an ongoing investigation regarding this issue which only affects users of Desktop Client App. It would be best if you can log a case on my.netgear.com and provide information on the issue you are getting so they can include it.

      Thanks for answer.

       

      Support unfortunatly expired for all my ReadyNAS.

      But if it's a known issue I guess there will be an update soon.
