Dropbox sync broken

I have dropbox sync set to bidirectional.

 

I delete the files from the readynas and then they get downloaded from dropbox then

I delete the files from the readynas and then they get downloaded from dropbox then

I delete the files from the readynas and then they get downloaded from dropbox then

I delete the files from the readynas and then they get downloaded from dropbox then

I delete the files from the readynas and then they get downloaded from dropbox then

 

I cannot get it to stop pulling the files unless I turn off bidirectional and only allow *to* dropbox.   This is not sync.

 

Why is this happening?

  • Is the time and time zone set properly on yoiur NAS?  This can happen if it thinks the DropBox file is newer.
