EDIT SHARED FILE EMAIL TEXT
How to change/modified by default test meassge " The NETGEAR ReadyCLOUD team" and netgear co. logo while sending a file from email to someone.

There is no option/feature on the NAS to edit those information and that is beyond the scope of support. We can wait for anyone in the community for any recommendations or you may also post suggestions and ideas at the Idea Exchange board here. Adding kudos to the ideas will help as development team will be reviewing the post that has the most kudos for considering it to add to the product's future functionality.

as per your reply its means the below query is not related to your support ???? whenever i send a link or file to anyone via email then they know the machine or device information which am using ,if you think on another side its a part of secuirty why device name will shared to other person due to secuirty reason i don't want to use this features from your nas machine then for me its useless i dont want to compromise with secuirty to disclose the information of my data device or machine.

Vikasarora, he is saying that it's a design issue, not support. It's not something that can be done with the current firmware. There is an Idea Exchange for posting suggestions for improvments to the OS, and this is a good one. The set text makes it too easy to be identified as SPAM and being able to specify it would help that.
