ERROR Access Denied
I log into my ReadyCLOUD app (iPhone) and I see my NAS connected. I click on it and see my home folder. When I select it to view the sub folders I am getting an ERROR Access Denied message.
- Jun 26, 2016The one thing I did do is reboot the NAS

I had this exact issue recently, I cannot rember what I did to resolve it however I have a feeling that on the ReadyNAS I clicked the button to leave ReadyCLOUD and then I rejoined it and I think that resolved the issue.

Hello Madcow68,
Can you try logging in and out and clearing cache? I tried this just now on iPhone and Android phone and I was able to access the home folder of the user I logged in.
Please also check if you have an local user that has the same name ( email address being used as local username which is NOT right). Is this user account the one that has admin rights in ReadyCloud or just an invited one?

ReadyCLOUD and user with same login.
I am confused about the whole creating an account thing and the documentation is to cryptic.
I want my account on the NAs and I want a cloud account.
Why would they not be the same? 2 account logins for 1 person?

Hello Madcow68,
When you get to admin page of the NAS and go to Cloud tab, you will see ReadyCloud, it will show you the account name that is currently registered with the ReadyNAS, this account should be in an email address format and an upgraded myNetgear account. Is this the account you are using on your iPhone to access the NAS?
