iOS Media Backup on ReadyCloud with ReadyCloud - Unexpected Response from Server

When using the media backup one of my devices just sits there processing the upload of the first file but nothing happens. Now the second device stopped in the past week or so with:
ReadyCloud Error: Unexpected response from server
Anything that's within my power to get past this error?

As of Thursday, 20 OCT 2022, no one knows how to solve this problem. Prior solutions to this same problem on the Netgear Community over the years are no longer shown.
Problem: One person can complete their ReadyCloud Media Backup of photos from an iPhone through WiFi to a local ReadyNAS. The second person in same household receives a "ReadyCloud error. Unexpected response from server" when they try the same with either their iPhone or iPad.
