Issue with ReadyNASRND4000v2 -and Readycloud
Hi to all
I have this model ReadyNASRND4000v2 with firmware RAIDiator-arm-V5.3.11
When i loged on Readycloud ,i did the upgrade my account to MyNETGEAR.com,from my desktop windows 10 or 7 it said no device is detected and aslo on my android /iphone
phone using the application Readycloud i got same message no device is detected (before was working great the application on my phone)
So i can not do any backup of my stuff(picture,video...)on my phone
If some one can give some advies wil be apperciat it

Hello NASready,
Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, ReadyCloud is available to ReadyNAs OS6 units only. You are currently using a ReadyNAS OS5, this is not compatible with it. What you can use with it is ReadyNAS Remote instead.

So it mean i cant use 100% my product that i bought few years ago(3 years)
So it mean also i cant use the application readycloud on my phone ,it did very wel few days ago, becaus is a update(firmware) made to some prodouct that not support the product that i have ....so it means have to buy new product ..............so it means commercial.....
from my pc i can acces to my ready nas from netwerk with using this ReadyNASRemoteSetup.exe
and this http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20928/~/how-to-setup-remote-access-with-readynas-remote doenst work for the architictur of my readynas
the most issue that i have i cant use anymore the application readycloud on my phone to do backup of my stuff(pictures videos.......)because it saying no device is detected but few days ago was working great
