My netgear account and forum account are no longer linked.
Tried to look at my discussions today and the site insisted that I create a user name for the Community forums. Tried using the name I've been using for years and it wouldn't let me. Now I have a new user name and my old one is still floating around out there with my discussions I'm looking for.

I've reported this to I.T. but they are busier than usual at the moment, so I'm not sure when they'll get to this.
I can see that your old handle is associated with the same email address.
When I ran into this, rather than creating a new community handle I closed my web browser, and later on was able to login without being prompted to create a new handle.

Please confirm if when you login you're using the rjwerth handle again.
No and what is worse, I had to create yet another handle just to respond to you. I did try and reload my browser, but the site was insistant that I create another new user name.
Any word on when I can get my original handle back?
