nas102 is offline.
Hi, My nas is showing offline. i cant see the nas in readycloud account and cant access the admin page for last 2 days. Any clues please? Thanks, SG

My NAS102 had my user account deleted at 14:07 GMT Thursday. I had to re-install the os to get into it again. It is "offline" on ReadyCloud since then and remains so. Is anyone at Netgear fixing this problem?
