No Cloud Backuop in the Background
Hallo, since a few Days, the Backup of my Media-Data about the ReadyCloud does no longer work in the Backgroud. If i close the Phone, the Transfer will be interrupting. Does everyone knew this Problem...

I am having the same problem. version 2.0.0 of the app on my iphone/ipad which are all upgraded to IOS 11.03
- rjm676Nov 05, 2017GuideI am also trying to use Readycloud v2.0.0 on iOS 11.3. New version does not work at all. I cannot upload files from iPhone and cannot open files that were stored under old version. I can see file names but cannot open. The Readycloud website works fine as does readyshare from Genie iOS app. Been waiting for weeks to get a reply on the problems with the new version.
- JeremyDENov 05, 2017TutorI’m having the same problem however slightly different. My appears frozen and acts like it’s uploading my media however it’s not. I’ve spoken to Netgear support but to no avail. The rep did say he would notify the R7000 people. Hopefully that works.
Getting frustrated.
