Can she see the NAS when she logs in to ReadyCloud portal instead of ReadyCloud desktop client?

No she doesn't see the NAS on the Portal either. Tere is only a static page stating "Currently you have no registered or shared devices"

Can you PM me please the screenshot of what you have under Accounts > Cloud Users in the admin page?

Was she able to get to the NAS via ReadyCloud before? Does she already have files stored to the private/home share of her ReadyCloud account?

Yes everything worked just normally before. There are synced Folders with lots of files in it.
