One user suddenly get : Currently you have no registered or shared devices

Ihave the same issue with one of my clients.
What I had done is I had removed the NAS from the ReadyCloud system and readded the NAS back to the Readycloud and than re invited each of the users to the respective shares.
This ressolved the issue of the error message that " Currently you have no registered or shared devices"
Now a Week after doing the above and it working for about a week now I have user that is getting the " Currently you have no registered or shared devices" Message again
Short of removing the NAS and re adding the NAS back to ReadyCloud and going through the process of re assigning the mulltiple users access level I am frustrated that this issue seams to be very common with this system and NETGEAR is not doing anything to resolve it

UPDATE to my prevouse post
I was able to remove the suspect user and delete them from the access of the shared NAS and Shared Folders
Than I was able to re invite the user granting them access to the folder and informed them to make sure that the readycloud clients where all upto date on their devices
I would still like to know what is causing this issue to happen where all of a sudden a user nolonger has access to the shares but under the cloud portal it shows them having access and such.
Other if this continues to happen with the system I may end up installing and migrating the users to ownCloud and creating local users on the nas for local network access drive mapping
