I can't help, however I am experiencing the same problem. In my case it is a new user that receives the message that there are no registered devices, despite being granted access to a share and being invited through the Readycloud portal. Would be good if Netgear could help with this. My overall impression from reading the forums is that Readycloud is not an intuitive experience for many users.
