Disable ReadyCloud sync on mobile access

Hi.   I like to use the ReadyCLOUD client but like to disable folder sync if I am using WAN connection. Is that somehow possible?   Cheers, Nils

Hi augur,

Which Readycloud client do you use? Windows/MAC client or IOS/Android readycloud app?

For Windows/MAC client, there is no way to disable folder sync only with WAN connection. We have option to "pause sync" and "resume sync" for a sync job to disable folder sync regardless connection methods.

For IOS/Android readycloud app, there is an option "Use Cellular Data" to disable media backup when connection is 3G/4G, but no option to disable media backup only with WAN connection.
