Readycloud App | Can't open neither PDFs nor WORD Files anymore

To be frank I do not know. How should I due to IOS does not offer a open folder structure.
Found the reason. The readycloud app cannot deal with the german Umlaut anymore. Ä, Ö, Ü cannot be read anymore. Changing the folder spelling from GERÄT into GERAET for example solved the problem. I think this issue is new because the folder names exist since more than one year without any problems.

For folder include special character "é", i cannot reproduce this issue with ios 10.0.1 version, but reproduce this issue with ios 10.3.x.
So i think it is something about compatibility issue with new ios version 10.3.x.
Any way, we have filed a bug to track this issue. And our developers are looking at this issue.
