my system was ( finally after update to 6.5.0 0 working all normally.   cloud users were accessing system from pc app, portal and android app.   went on holiday.    during holiday there was a short...

    Hi Liea

     

    just to clear up.   thanks for your help in fixing this problem.  you connected to my PC and could see my system and corrected a couple of things which were incorrect.  quite how the power break of a few seconds changed things that were working perfectly OK before is a mystery to me  -  but all is OK now
