I'm able to login to ReadyCloud and I see my NAS but, it says it's offline and to check power and Internet connectivity. It's on, I'm obviously on the Internet and I've rebooted my router. I can't go to the MANAGE tab to do anything as it just shows an offline device. Under the DISCOVER tab, I click the IS YOUR DEVICE NOT DISCOVERED link and follow the intstructions to hit the BACKUP button for five seconds. No joy. If I click the MANAGE button, it just prompts me to login over and over again. Anyone have an idea on what I can do - besides chuck it out the window?
