Ready Cloud Desktop App for Mac - Cannot log in
I've been having a terrible time connecting to our server using the ready cloud desktop app for mac, but starting today i am getting this message. if i log in through the website, everything is working, but this is clearly not. I've reinstalled and restarted my computer. I am so tired of having issues with this.
Does anyone have any ideas?

ReadyCLOUD engineering is investigating Mac client log in issue,I think it should be fixed in the next few days,thanks for reporting issue!

The ReaydCLOUD engineering has already updated latest ReadyCLOUD client for Mac in ReadyCLOUD portal,this version fixed account sign in issue.

Same problem with ReadyCLOUD on a Mac mini accessing ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus—that and a ReadyNAS 628 that won't boot after attempting 6.9.0 update.

I am having the same issues. The upgrade for the ReadyCloud for Mac app will only run on 10.12 and above and I am still on 10.11.6.
Uninstalled the app and reuinstalled the older version but now get the same error box listed above.
Is there a fix for the older Mac OS users?
