Hello Mike101,
Have you checked if you can see files via ReadyCloud web access?
Please try updating to the latest version, ReadyNAS OS 6.4.1-RC1.

Hello JennC
Thanks for your help so far
"see files via ReadyCloud web access" Yes I can log on via the web portal ReadyCloud, see and access the files at all stages of my original posting.
I have updated to ReadyNAS OS 6.4.1 and let the system run for a number of days now. This has enabled my remote PC to connect and log into , see and access the NAS files but not sync.
However today My Ready cloud App shows: signed in Online (connecting VPN...) Then: Online (VPN Disconnected) However I can view and access the NAS via the web portal. Nothing has changed so why cant it connect to the VPN {Had to look up VPN = Virtual Privet Network}
I will try moving my PC to another remote boadband location to check that it is not the boadband interfering and will report back
Kind regards
Mike
