Hi Greg_laskey
ReadyNAS Remote has been discontinued since September 30, 2017 and a message was sent to users through E-mail regarding this.
After end-of-service dates, the following will apply:
• Customers will not be able to upload, download, share and edit photos through ReadyNAS Photos2 service
• Customers will not be able to remotely access the ReadyNAS using ReadyNAS Remote service, including web admin interface, and sharing
• Customers will not be able to use ReadyNAS Replicate to copy and restore data from one ReadyNAS to another, locally or through the Internet
ReadyCloud is now being advised as a replacement service for ReadyNAS Remote as it has comparable services with ReadyNAS Remote.
More information for ReadyCloud here.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards

HI uninstalled ready NAS Remote and installed Ready Cloud desktop client and yep exactly the same problem. It will not load the admin page even on a NAS on my local LAN.
But the admin page will load via radiar.

What is the firmware the NAS is running?
If you are on your local LAN, you can get to the admin page by using the NAS IP assigned to it just like what RAIDar did when you tried accessing the admin page.
Are you getting an error or experience the same issue when you are outside your own network? Can you post a screenshot please.

That is, enter https://nas-ip-address/admin in your browser.

Now this is funny.
1: Can connect to any nas using Internet explora by typing in ip address \ admin . when local
2: Could not access any NAS using Ready cloud client local or remote.
3: Re set my settings in internet explora back to defualt and away it goes all ok
4: Me thinks Microsoft changes some setting during a down load some where.

Hi Greg_laskey
Might be a change on security settings. Is the issue resolved on all browsers?
