ReadyCloud Access

I can access my USB device (not a NETGEAR device) from my ReadyCloud app on my Android device, but when log into ReadyCloud from my windows computer or windows tablet, all I see is the router.  The USB device does not show up in the directory.  Any tips?

    May we ask if you are using the ReadyCloud web browser access or the ReadyCloud app?

     

    Are you able to see the shares too on Windows machine?
