ReadyCloud Desktop App not working but web portal is working
I haven't been able to access my NAS via the desktop app however I can access the web portal and see my files with no issue. I've used various version of the desktop app and still have the same issue...

I would think netgear should look into it and offer a firmware or other fix if that's the case. Also, I have not changed the configuration on my devices since I set them up 1 year ago. So, somethjing netgear did recently causes these issues...I went back 3 versions of FW and same issue happens. It's something on netgear's backend of their readycloud apps that makes remote access very flaky. Btw, I have 2 NAS boxes at 2 different places and the same flaky issue happens when I access via readycloud app. If disabling iPv6 fixes it, then netgear should look into fixingthe IPv6 issue, correct?
