ReadyCloud Desktop App not working but web portal is working
I haven't been able to access my NAS via the desktop app however I can access the web portal and see my files with no issue. I've used various version of the desktop app and still have the same issue...

same here.. I thought it was working...but yesterday and today it won't connect via readyapp only web portal...ugh

I was able to disable ipv6 by breaking the network bond, disabling ipv6 on each adapter and then creating the bond again (it now shows disabled)....so far for a week now, both of my NAS system are accessible via the readycloud windows and iphone app. I'll try it for one more week and see if it's stable....hopefully this will fix the problem.

Hi scravatt,
I was able to connect just fine using the ReadyCLOUD desktop app, mobile app and the web portal (files and folder loads faster than a week ago). Let me know if your connection becomes stable after a week.
