I am using ReadyCloud from my R8500 router, and am also unable to connect to my attached USB drive. It would be nice if someone from Netgear would reply so we could know what is going on. I was able to login to this website with my MyNetgear account but unable to do so on the ReadyCloud Sign-In.
Come on Netgear it would be nice if you have a site that shows the status of your sites, and if there is scheduled maintenance.
