Sorry for taking so long too get back top this topic I got busy with some other issues and now finally had time to do testing.
The issue with "Online (VPN Disconnected)" with the mac App appears to be a mac issue.
I have set up on a new netgear router with the NAS having a reserved IP address and port 6300 forward to that IP address and updated my NAS to 6.2.2. The Mac ReadyCloud App will connect to the NAS when I am within the same network, but I keep getting the "Online (VPN Disconnected)" message outside the network. I also test the Window's version of the app internal and external and it works fine and connects with no issues. The mac version takes a very long time to try to connect and them times out with the "Online (VPN Disconnected)" message. I am not sure what the issue is at this point.
Where do I report this issue with Netgear?
