I've been struggling with ReadyCloud for the last fortnight. Under 6.1 I had ReadyCloud working. With 6.2.2 it is not.
I'm running an RN102 with a fixed IP in a reserved range on a private segment with no unusual firewalling or port filtering. The ReadyNAS Admin Page "Cloud" tab has the ReadyCloud and ReadyNAS services enabled with a single user and the correct details in "settings" box. Above this is a red cross with the text "Services Offline". From the other end if I log into the ReadyCloud Portal (from a machine on the same segment using Chrome, Safari or IE11) it did show the device immediately after the upgrade but would not connect. Experience suggested removing the device and re-adding it.
Once the device was removed from my account - go to the discovery tab to add it. Nothing found. Press backup key, enter serial number, nothing found. Switched on and off the service - same result. Restarted the system, deleted iOS clients, tried everything I can. It's rather irritating.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
LATER - I see that member Leia indicates that once deleted a device cannot be re-added unless the serial number is used (but that this feature was (2013) not yet implemented on the ReadyCloud portal). Is this still the case? It tallies with my experience. If so it's a fundamental design error.
