I had this same issue after a factory default. If I set up ReadyCloud while unit was still on DHCP (IP4), then it wouldn't find the NAS when I switched to a static IP (IP4). However, if I deleted the account, changed to static and then connected to ReadyCloud then everything worked as expected. Experienced this a couple of times as I did a number of factory resets in short succession while setting up my new RN316. I have no experience with IP6.
