ReadyCloud Folder Not Available

no luck with that for me i left and rejoined still keep getting the same error "network erro...

There is a new version of Readycloud app for iOS (2.0.2). You may try installing that and see if that will resolve the issue.

Yes i have installed 2.0.1 app on my iphone connected to LAN . Both internet and services are green checked always. Cloud does show my nas its just not connecting. It gives a message network error.
Can you provide us a Screenshot of the error? Can you login and access your NAS when using the portal?
- The error message is a small pop up message “network error occurred “

Can you try connecting to ReadyCloud App using mobile data instead of LAN? Have you tried using a different device when connecting?

Yes i am able to upload via cellular data i get the error with my home wifi.
I also tried with a different iphone and ipad same issue cellular data works wifi doesnt
