ReadyCloud IOS Problem
I set my wife up as a user account and she now has a Ready Cloud account. When she logs in to her Ready Cloud account on her PC she has no problem accessing her files.
We just downloaded the Ready Cloud APP for Iphone (she has the most recent IOS release). She was able to log in just fine. However when she clicks on the folder I created her we get "Access Denied". The only folder she can access is the folder that was auto-created that matches her user name.
So I double checked the share folder I created her and she is showing up as full folder access (She accepted it from the email auto generated).
Any ideas why she can access from her PC (or an pc for that matter) and not her phone?

Which iOS version is installed in her phone? Also, tell us Firmware is running in your ReadyNAS system?

The iphone is running IOS 9.3 (latest update) and the drive is 6.4.2

What happens if you try to log in on the ReadyCloud Page. Is your wife having access ?
When not I will tray do delete the access for your wife and try to set up it again.
