ReadyCLOUD Login screwed up

If you go to Readycloud.netgear.com, hit the MANAGE button next to your device, you should be able to log is as Admin (if you know your admin password).
From there, I can still see everything that was backed up from every device. No data appears to have been deleted. All my users are deleted and can't access any other way though... huge problem.
But I can definitely confirm that no data has been deleted (at least on my system).

Which would be great but it still WON'T LET ME SIGN IN which is the problem in the first place so I can't access anything...and my business can't sell anything!
