I can't access my ReadyNAS files (won't let me sign in). My solution was to try to use the ReadyCloud (computer memorized my password) but it won't let me sign in either. I am beyond my 90 days so Ne...

With all of the chatter hereon multiple feeds, it would seem the ReadyCloud webssite is down.
Still doesn't explain why there is no notice placed in this forum or on main ReadyCloud support web page.
Regards!
***UPDATE****
The ReadyCloud website seems to be back up, but I was still offline.
Through trial and error I found I had to login from the administrator page, not the ReadyCloud login, and go to the CLOUD button and turn it on again.
After turning it on I was able to access the NAS with the app on my PC and my AOS mobile devices.
Why and How it got turned off is a mystery.
Regards!

We are investigating what happened and hope to have an update to share soon.
Once home folders have been deleted data that was in them will need to be restored from backup.
ReadyCLOUD Services are back online, but if your system has been unregistered from ReadyCLOUD you will need to set ReadyCLOUD up again.

mdgm-ntgr I'm not finding any change to the ReadyCloud.
Readycloud sees my RN31662E.
ReadyCloud allows me to log in and tells me the NAS is offline.
I cannot login as admin.
From LAN connection I can see the NAS Folders in Windows10 Explorer - Network Computer, Media Device and Storage. If I click on a folder I'm propmted for my user/password and denied access to my Shares.
Is this what you nean by back online?

I had to use the ADMIN login, not the ReadyCloud login. In my case to keep things simple I used the same credentials for both.
If your ReadyCloud app says offline, click the admin link shown below.
Once you do your browser will open and show the screen below.
Once inside go to the CLOUD menu item and turn it ON, this will re-enable the NAS for online and remote access. See my previous post for screeenshots.
In my case no files or folders were missing.
Regards!
